Abstract:
In this paper we seek to understand how the development and refining of a concept can lead to a business case for cooperate partner. The paper will address aspects regarding development of the concept, evaluation of target group and the commitment of involving users to participate actively in an online petition service. Furthermore, this report gives a suggestion on how to engage and empower users in terms of online participation and how FDB should consider their current strategies in terms of brand equity.
